DONEGAL GAA STARS LEAD TRIBUTES TO JOE BROLLY AFTER DERRY MAN DONATES KIDNEY TO CLUBMATE

first_imgDONEGAL GAA stars have paid tribute to All-Ireland winner and TV pundit Joe Brolly after the Dungiven man donated a kidney to help out a GAA clubmate.Mr Brolly, a winner with County Derry in 1993 and now a top barrister and RTE television pundit, is recovering in a London hospital after donating a kidney to a club-mate from St Brigid’s GAC in Belfast.An operation to transfer his kidney to Shane Finnegan was performed at Guys Hospital in London on Wednesday.
